Yoga Nidra Live-Virtual Class

Join me for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, often called “yogic sleep.” This guided meditation takes you into a state between waking and dreaming where the body can fully relax, the mind can quiet, and deep healing can unfold.

This class is held live online via Zoom, giving you the option to practice from the comfort of your home. You can remain in deep rest after class without needing to drive or reawaken your nervous system, allowing the benefits of the practice to settle fully.

Through breath awareness, body scanning, and visualization, you’ll be gently guided inward to release tension, restore balance to the nervous system, and access a profound sense of peace. No experience is necessary—simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be held in stillness.

This practice is ideal for anyone seeking rest, clarity, or support in managing stress, anxiety, or fatigue. It can also improve sleep, ease emotional tension, and create space to see life’s challenges with more clarity and calm. Leave feeling renewed, grounded, and connected.
