Booking a Mobile Massage Therapy Session
Our hourly rates are based on location and travel time. I recommend booking ahead of time. All first-time clients for mobile massage and in-home services are booked by phone. My mobile massage requirements are:
- Accessible guest parking is required. No street parking.
- Please ensure that the location is on the first floor or accessible by an elevator, as I do not offer services in locations with stairs.
- A credit card deposit is required to hold the appointment. I adhere to a 48 hour cancellation policy, see below.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and situations arise that make it difficult to keep scheduled appointments, call or email as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid a fee, please provide 48 hours notice. Full payment is required for any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment to be paid immediately. Full payment is required if you fail to cancel or arrive to your scheduled appointment and this payment is due immediately. This policy ensures that my business remains sustainable. Zero Tolerance Policy
As a professional establishment, we uphold a zero tolerance policy regarding any form of solicitation. Jokes, innuendos, and inappropriate requests are treated with the utmost seriousness. Any violation will lead to immediate termination of the appointment. The session fee will be collected in full, and privileges to book future appointments will be forfeited.
We reserve the right to stop service at any time at our discretion.
