Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that reduces stress and promotes balance. Rei means Universal or from God and Ki means Life Force energy. Rei is the intelligence behind the Ki which animates the body and all living things. When we open our hearts to the Creator our lives become empowered by a greater source of love. Reiki is a practice that develops this relationship. In essence, Reiki means spirit guided life force energy or spirit guided ki.
