Foundations of Energy Healing with Reiki Level 1 Training

Begin your journey into self-healing and energy work with this transformative 8-hour Reiki Level 1 Training. This course lays the groundwork for energy healing, strengthens your roots, and nurtures the soul’s seed for a more vibrant and aligned life. Reiki is divine love in action. When you practice self-reiki, you flood your body, mind, and soul with its transformative grace. It’s the ultimate reset button—helping you reconnect, dive deep into your emotions, and activate profound healing from within.

This training includes hands-on reiki practice with a partner and individually, giving you the confidence to start your self-healing journey. Class includes with a group check in, reiki meditation, attunements, discussions and hands on practice.

 Licensed Massage Therapists: Earn 8 CE credits for license renewal.

Meet Your Instructor

This course is led by Aiyana Fraley, a Reiki Master Teacher and licensed massage therapist with 25 years of experience. Aiyana has been teaching reiki for almost a decade, blending her deep experience in bodywork with her passion for energy healing.

In her private practice, Aiyana helps clients find balance, peace, and alignment through reiki, offering tools to support emotional healing and personal transformation. Her teaching style is rooted in compassion and practicality, empowering students to integrate reiki into their lives in meaningful ways.
